Dessert Bar Tray – A wonderful assortment of our most popular bar cookies in sizes perfect for “finger food”. The mix will contain several flavors such as Lemon-Coconut bars, Caramel-Almond bars, Raspberry-Cheesecake bars, Caramel Brownies, as well as seasonal selections. Each dessert bar tray comes on a beautiful gold, non-returnable tray that’s yours to keep.

Fruit Tartlets – Our delicious 2” tarts are filled with couer la crème (cream cheese, lightened with cream, slightly sweetened and flavored with vanilla beans) topped with seasonal fruit.

Chocolate Tartlets – The same small shells are filled with semi-sweet ganache and decorated with whipped cream and toasted almonds.

Éclairs – Our mini éclairs are perfect for a decadent dessert. They are filled with vanilla pastry cream and glazed with chocolate. Approximately 3” long.

Crème Puffs – These small (approximately 2”) crème puffs are filled with fresh whipped cream and dusted with powdered sugar.

Boccone Dolce – Lovely miniature meringue cups, filled with semi-sweet chocolate, whipped cream, bananas and strawberries.

We are able to customize trays of our small desserts to meet your needs. Each variety must be ordered by the dozen and we can either box them for you to arrange on your own decorative platters, or we can arrange them on our reusable, non-returnable gold trays.
