Listed below are some of our more popular cakes that we typically have available in our retail case. However, if you wish to be assured of a particular item always call 2-3 days ahead and place a special order.
Chocolate Fudge: Our dark chocolate buttermilk cake is layered and glazed with semi-sweet ganache. Perfect for the chocolate addict!
Raspberry Fudge: This treat is the same as our Chocolate Fudge, but with the addition of locally-made seedless raspberry preserves.
German-Style: Our version of this popular dessert features a dark chocolate cake, brushed with creme de cacao syrup and layered with a toasted walnut, pecan, coconut and brown sugar filling.
Black and White: Our moist chocolate buttermilk cake filled with 2 layers of vanilla buttercream and 1 layer of chocolate ganache is frosted in our Italian meringue buttercream. One of our most popular cakes!
Carrot Pecan: Fresh carrots and crushed pineapple make this cake wonderfully moist. The sides are left bare to reveal the luscious cream cheese filling, and it is topped with toasted pecans.
Lemon-Raspberry Poppyseed: This is a lovely, tender white poppyseed cake that has been brushed with lemon simple syrup and filled with lemon and raspberry cream cheese. The icing is a raspberry poppyseed buttercream. Light and delicious!

New York Style: A smooth creamy vanilla cheesecake with a sweetened sour cream topping.

Boston Cream Pie: A "pie" that's really a cake! Ours features layers of hot milk sponge cake alternating with vanilla pastry cream, and is topped with chocolate ganache.
Cupcakes: Available by special order only with 2-3 days advance notice. They are ordered by the dozen per cake flavor. Be sure to let us know what frosting you want as well.

Marionberry-Rosewater Pie: Flavorful Northwest berries and a splash of rosewater make this our favorite "City of Roses" pie. $14.00
Coconut Cream Pie: We add a generous amount of coconut to our pastry cream and top it with mounds of whipped cream. $16.00
Key Lime Pie: Tart and sweet, this traditional key lime pie is made in a graham cracker crust and topped with whipped cream. $16.00
Chocolate Rum Mousse: This features a chocolate cookie crust topped with our decadent chocolate rum mousse and finished with whipped cream.

Peanut Butter Mousse: A chocolate cookie crust is filled with creamy peanut butter and cream cheese mousse and finished with a layer of chocolate ganache.
Baked Egg Custard: We sprinkle our slow-cooked and creamy old-fashioned custard with spicy nutmeg.

Swedish Cream: Sweet and smooth, this creamy dessert is made with sour cream, yogurt and cream blended together. Similar to a panna cotta in texture, it's perfect topped with our house made Marionberry compote.
Cookies &Bars: Something to suit every cookie craving from our signature Chocolate Chip to our yummy Snickerdoodles. There are Fudge brownies, Seasonal brownies frosted in delicious flavored buttercreams, & all sort of delectable dessert bars. Ask about our decorated shortbread cookies as well.
